1. General Information
Protecting your personal information is important to us.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be processed when you visit this website, why it is processed, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
2. Data Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Arno Schikowsky
Noctivale Records / ONRA S
Hochstrasser Weg 2a
83064 Raubling
Deutschland
Email: song@onra-s.com
3. Hosting and Technical Operation of the Website
This website is provided using the Lovable platform. Supabase is used for certain database, storage, and technical infrastructure functions.
When you access this website, certain technical information may automatically be processed, including:
- IP address,
- date and time of access,
- pages or files requested,
- browser type and version,
- operating system,
- referring URL,
- device and connection information.
This information is processed to deliver the website, maintain system security and stability, detect technical problems, and protect the website against misuse or attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable, and technically stable operation of this website.
Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes unless longer retention is required for security reasons or by law.
Lovable and other technical service providers used for this website may process personal data on our behalf. Emails sent from this website (newsletter, release notifications, contact and application confirmations) are delivered through Resend, an email delivery service.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are made in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms are used.
4. Cookies and Language Preferences
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
However, technically necessary or functional cookies and similar storage technologies may be used.
Language Preference
If you consent, your choice between English and German may be stored so that the website can display your preferred language when you return.
This storage is based on your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
If you decline, your language preference will generally apply only to your current visit.
Cookie Consent Preference
A technically necessary cookie or similar storage mechanism may be used to remember whether you accepted or declined optional storage.
This is necessary so that your privacy choice can be respected and you are not asked to make the same selection each time you visit the website.
This information is generally stored for up to 12 months.
5. ONRA S Cover Partner Program Applications
You may apply for the Official ONRA S Cover Partner Program through the “Cover My Songs” page.
The following information may be processed as part of your application:
- band or artist name,
- contact name,
- email address,
- city and country,
- website or social media profile,
- link to a live performance or music video,
- selected ONRA S song,
- content of your message,
- date and time of submission.
Your information is used solely to review your application, evaluate a potential collaboration, and contact you regarding your application or a possible Cover Partner relationship.
Where your request relates to entering into a collaboration or agreement, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Where Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR does not apply, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to review applications and identify suitable artists or bands for the Cover Partner Program.
Application data is processed and stored using the technical infrastructure supporting this website.
Your application information is not provided to third parties for their own advertising purposes. Technical service providers may process the information on our behalf where necessary to operate the website.
If no collaboration results from your application, the application data will generally be deleted no later than six months after the review process has been completed, unless legal retention requirements or other legitimate reasons require longer storage.
If a collaboration is established, relevant information may be retained for the duration of the collaboration and afterward in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements.
6. New Release Email Notifications
You may provide your email address on this website to receive notifications about new ONRA S releases.
This uses a double opt-in process: after you submit your email address, we send a confirmation email with a link. Only once you click that link is your address added to the active notification list and used to send you anything further. If you never click the link, your submitted address is not used to send you notifications (see Section 12 on how long unconfirmed submissions are retained).
Your email address will be used solely to send you release notifications and information directly related to those releases.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
You can do so, for example, by contacting:
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your consent was withdrawn.
After you withdraw your consent, your email address will be removed from the active mailing list unless limited further retention is required by law.
Your email address will not be sold or provided to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide will be processed in order to handle and respond to your request.
This information may include:
- your name,
- your email address,
- the content of your message, and
- any additional information you voluntarily provide.
If your message relates to entering into or performing a contract or collaboration, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
For other inquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to respond appropriately to inquiries addressed to us.
The information will be deleted when it is no longer required to process your inquiry unless statutory retention requirements or other legitimate reasons require continued storage.
8. Externally Hosted Images and Media
This website may load images or other media from external servers. This may include album artwork and release images provided through servers or content delivery networks operated by music platforms such as Spotify.
When external content is loaded, your browser technically establishes a connection to the relevant third-party server.
As part of that connection, technically necessary information such as your IP address, browser information, referring information, and the date and time of the request may be transmitted to the relevant provider.
The purpose of using this content is to present ONRA S music releases and related artistic content.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the current and visually appropriate presentation of our music releases.
Any further processing by the external provider is subject to that provider’s own privacy policies.

Please review the privacy policy of the respective provider.

Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data-processing requirements.
11. International Data Transfers
Some technical service providers or their subprocessors may be located outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred to a third country, the transfer takes place only where the legal requirements for such a transfer are met.
Depending on the provider and destination, safeguards may include an adequacy decision by the European Commission, Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
12. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Information may be retained for a longer period where:
- statutory retention requirements apply,
- information is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or
- you have consented to continued processing.
Once the relevant purpose no longer applies, personal data will be deleted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Data Security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser and the website.
